Dear Colin, I'm writing to you because Lewis has just come to clean our windows in Pimlico and I really think everything about him and his work is just exceptional. It's rare to find someone who not only does a very, very good job, but who is also 'just the right amount' of friendly. He was really exceptional. Lewis arrived on time, was tidy and clean and just so very nice (not overly chatty, not under chatty - just such a lovely balance). He is the only person EVER to manage to clean a large fuzzy line from our enormous kitchen window. For 10 years there's been a 20cm deep fuzzy line running along the width of it (sash window)... and now there isn't! As we are about to put our flat on the market, we greatly appreciate this. No-one has ever managed to do this before. Lewis seems to get genuine satisfaction out of his work. He paid such attention to detail. It's actually rather touching to come across someone who has such a decent, old fashioned work ethic and who seems to get a lot out of their job.
